Great article! I can't agree more. I had the pleasure of trying out both the Newton Gravity and Motion trainers, (I own a Video Gait Analysis company in Sussex), and it was quite clear that Newton have paved the way to designing a real trainer for real runners for the 21st century. Admittedly there would require some settling in period at first as the foot / body would need to adjust accordingly to the new running style you would need to adapt to. Eccentric Calf strengthening / stretching a must. I ended up with the Gravitys, my Asics meanwhile are being used for my longer runs. (I still think it's good to alternate, for now!) Good luck to you Mitchell

Thank you so much... I have been sat on the wall about these trainers versus some Asic Gels and you have definitely swung it for me. I am a very high mileage runner who runs on tip toes (I can't help it) and this sounds like the perfect solution for me.

Kind regards

Hi,
Thanks for this review of the R-SYS wheels. I have been offered a set at a killer price and have been reading various reviews trying to decide whether to part with the cash. Being a Sonning Common rider, I was inspired by your description of the wheels' performance up Pishill (my favourite local climb) and I will now take the plunge!
I'll give you a wave when I see you out in the hills!
Cheers,
Martin
